Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship Your Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
